Kids and Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personally identifiable information about visitors less than 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 13, you are expressly prohibited from accessing/viewing this Website.  If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age and believe that they have disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us at info@NYC4A.com so that we may delete your child’s information. Notwithstanding any terms in this Agreement to the contrary, if you are in a jurisdiction in which the minimum age permissible by law to use the Site is greater than 13, all references to 13 in this section shall instead be replaced with the minimum age permitted in your jurisdiction.
